Agree with this assessment, but 1. Dems need to have standards, and 2. We don't need another Fetterman. This guy gives off vibes that he'll say whatever to get into office, and once there, pay little attention to the democratic party and it's values. Thinks he knows better.....we don't need that.

As a retired service member I always thought there was not enough integration between military service and the 'ivy leagues'. I think there needs to be more elite participation in military service. Military students build understanding and relationships even if their peers don't end up serving.

Yea, I could live with that and you're right, airlines should not be charging for checked bags...it feeds the problem. I always check now because I hate dragging a bag around the airport and most major airports get the bags out in <15 minutes....and the few times I didn't I got gate checked anyway.

My unpopular opinion is that all roller bags should be checked....the only thing allowed on should be backpacks, soft sided collapsable bags, and computer bags. Everything else checked, but yes, I agree the overhead space above each seat is theirs, especially since Group 1 is now really Group 3 or 4

I know much of the public holds the military in high regard, and thinks that the institution will hold while many others fall, but it is at risk as well. Trump and Hegseth are selecting leaders without personal character and integrity, whose ambition and lack of courage are contagious. /4 END

The actions with the boat bombings are another example. Clearly a series of illegal orders, no has publicized and investigated much about the abrupt resignation of ADM Holsey. Was it personal courage and refusing an illegal order? We still don't know. /2

It starts at the senior levels. The Flag officers Hegseth and Trump are appointing. They allow it and don't speak out against it. LTG Greg Anderson allowed a rally at Ft Bragg last year. None of them are setting the example for those below them. /1

Same....I don't like his opponent in the primary, but Mr. Brad Schneider needs to hear the message. I am strongly leaning towards not voting for him in the primary....to send that message.
