And we reaffirm our commitment to ending HIV transmission, no matter the actions of small men who seek to deny our existence. Honored to be in Provincetown tonight, where our little town has been a beacon for those living with HIV for 40+ years.

On World AIDS Day, we mourn the loss of those we loved and those we never got the chance to. We celebrate the remarkable lives cut short by AIDS and the progress weβve made in treatment and prevention.
May that enduring spirit bring comfort to those in her district and across our Commonwealth who have lost a remarkable public servant and champion for those in need.
My thoughts and heart are with the family and constituents of Representative Ann-Margaret Ferrante as we mourn her passing. @repamf.bsky.social's legacy endures in the spirit of public service born from a love of her Cape Ann community.
This week at the State House, the Senate passed a resolution recognizing Transgender Day of Remembrance and honoring the work of activists in keeping this day alive and visible.
Today, on the 27th annual Trans Day of Remembrance, we honor those in the trans community weβve lost to violence. We mark today to not simply remember their deaths, but the lives they lived. That they had families, friends, dreams, favorite songs, and plans for tomorrow. #TransDayOfRemembrance #TDOR
I am so saddened by the tragic incident in Yarmouth this morning. My thoughts are with the workers affected and my thanks to the many first responders on the scene this morning. As we learn more, my office is available to the town and emergency services to provide whatever help they need.
2/2: No organization understands this better than the Jamaican Association of MA, who is coordinating disaster relief for those wanting to lend a hand. www.jamaicanassociationmassachusetts.org
1/2: I am thinking of the people of Jamaica, and the many Cape Codders and Islanders with loved ones there, as the island faces the most catastrophic hurricane in its history. From Montego Bay to the Outer Cape, the Jamaican community have long helped define our region's success.
2/2 With this legislation, Massachusetts is taking a stand to put people first, give residents real control over their data, and hold companies accountable when they cross the line. This is about safeguarding our privacy in the digital age, and Iβm proud the Senate has led the way.
1/2 Today the Senate unanimously passed the Massachusetts Data Privacy Act.
For too long, Big Tech and data brokers have played fast and loose with our most private details.
Speed up housing production in Massachusetts TODAY.
My amendment Unlocking Housing Production just passed the Senate by a vote of 40-0.
Massachusetts has been falling behind on housing production for decades. We are enacting a plan to fix that.

Happy Earth Day from Provincetown everybody!
Itβs more important than ever to remain responsible good stewards of our precious environment. Weβve only got just the one π
Thank you to everyone who attended Trans Day of Visibility yesterday at the State House. We just need to remember that advocacy and visibility are not one-day affairs. The work must and will continue. I stand in solidarity with all members of the LGBTQ+ community, always.
Next Monday 3/31 at 2pm join us at the State House for Transgender Day of Visibility!
All are welcome π³οΈββ§οΈ
Happy 105th birthday to Massachusetts native and Cape Cod resident Freeman K. Johnson, the oldest surviving veteran from the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. What an honor to sit next to this true American hero πΊπΈπΊπΈπΊπΈ
The Trump administrationβs attack on veterans is unconscionable and unacceptable. Make your voices heard!

Housing has become a crisis for so many across the Cape & Islands and Massachusetts. I am honored to be tapped to lead the Housing Committee and eager to get to work!
THIS is whatβs possible when you show up and make your voices heard. THANK YOU to my colleagues in the Cape & Islands delegation and everyone who wrote a letter, sent an email, made a call, and most importantly showed up to insist our mental health facilities remain open. Very good news indeed.
It was a full house in Pocasset as Cape and Islands communities came together to emphasize the critical need to keep in-patient mental health care on Cape Cod.
Honored to be sworn in for my fifth term alongside colleagues for the 194th General Court. Congrats to Senate President Karen Spilka on her re-election and to new Senators Fernandes, Driscoll, and Dooner. Together, weβll tackle the challenges ahead. #mapoli
