Back from #PAA. Saw many sequence analysis applications β not all with great visualization.
No need to overcomplicate: #TraMineR (base R) and #ggseqplot (CRAN update just out) offer solid tools for clear, appealing sequence data viz. @seqanalysisassn.bsky.social @popassocamerica.bsky.social
