Elon Musk has already started plans to launch a million satellites.
Yes. A MILLION.
This is a colossally bad idea, and it's not too late to make your voice heard. I explain everything:

As new festivals open, Imagineers have had fun creating new limited time sequences that tie to the spirit of each festival and the spirit of EPCOT in stunning and poetic moments never before possible on this grand icon.Β Β I am excited to announce that tonight we are premiering another of these new sequences to kick off the launch of EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival!Β Β Our Imagineering team set this stunning new sequence to the Academy-Award winning song βColors of the Windβ from the 1995 Walt Disney Animation Studios film βPocahontasβ. The orchestral variation of this song was chosen for its message of intrinsic value and respect for beauty of nature and living things β with new visual flourishes that evoke the musical scene from the film with techniques entirely original for Spaceship Earth. Β Keep a look out for a few homages for fans who know the film and the song well. We also have β for the first time β Spaceship Earth will glimmer in vibrant greens, earth tones and pastels to celebrate the rejuvenation of spring. Β Thank you to our Imagineering team and partners across @waltdisneyworld who are helping make this most beautiful and vibrant season at EPCOT bloom.
What?! Signage has been removed from Carnation CafΓ©, revealing the old Carnation Ice Cream Parlor porcelain (?) sign still on the building. This sign dates from Disneylandβs opening in 1955 and has been covered over since the late 1990s. Cool that itβs still there!
AWESOME
Starfleet Academy is freakin' great.

For a brief period WDI provided some credit to certain Imagineers on attractions, as seen here on Cranium Command.
REALLY wish they kept doing this!
Thanks for your coverage!

It's so weird how Disney will just pluck a random movie out of the ether to go all in on all of a sudden. Like they put out Big Hero 6, did great, totally ignored it for like a decade, and then out of nowhere they're doing a lazy theme park overlay and devoting a big section of their new ship to it

My favorite is either the Monorail mural from the lobby or the Main Street Electrical Parade piece

One of the major bummers about this particular future weβve all ended up in is how our easy access to information seems to constantly reveal that many of our beloved institutions had truly horrible people behind them.
But every once in a long while you discover they were unexpectedly AMAZING:

This is absolutely what it should have been all along. Hopefully there is still something of a ridiculous queue video/preshow, though!
