Late afternoon. Ground is flat, packed dense with snow. Fir trees are on the horizon. A deciduous tree’s branches reach up like antlers, framing the moon between them.
A snow covered rock face. Dense icicles hang down like curtains from the outcroppings.
A trail goes slightly uphill. On the left side, it is bare, on the right it is dense forest. The setting sun peeks through the tree trunks.
I love living here.
