I love centring veggies as hearty main dishes! I'm also bringing a tamarind glazed tofu noodle salad this year. I don't mind a faux meat vegan roast moment, and lots of gourmet vegan cheeses.

I've also just finished baking cookies for all the dogs of the extended family. It's the duty of the childless auntie to ensure all the fur children get their treats, too!

As the vegan of the family, I always make sure to maintain my reputation of bringing the sexiest salads to Christmas lunch. My dill, lemon and tahini potato salad is my ultimate favourite! 🤤
