Today brings a juxtaposition of emotions: hope as I reflect on MLK, Jr. and his dream for our country - and fear as I see the direction our country is formally handing power to.
So with that, I share a quote I plan to come back to often over the coming years when I can't seem to find the light.
Recuperating from the chaos of the past week with some sleepy pups and LEGOs.
At least until the chaos begins again in a few days when family comes to visit (good chaos, but chaos nonetheless).

I use it to get ideas for activities to extend my lessons and add variety as well. The suggestions definitely need revising, but they get my gears turning and help inspire some new ways of thinking.

I’m a fan of FigJam if folks can adapt to the infinite whiteboard environment. Otherwise, Padlet Sandbox is closest (but not free for edu like FigJam is).
