ICE is a recent department (Bush II era), its duties can be covered by boarder patrol and other agencies, agencies that can't be as easily turned into secret police.

Here here. I am so tired of people saying that demanding a candidate you actually want to vote for is the equivalent to a "circular firing squad" and dooming us to a Republican win. I think the opposite is true, this is what democracy is.

If you are not for abolishing ICE then you are not pushing for real reform and accountability. We have immigration enforcement outside of ICE and can create a better regulated alternative if needed, the same way ICE was created in 2002.

Waltz, it is a place with many immigrants and has a history of aggressive protest (George Floyd). People are being peaceful in their protest so far though.

Studies critiquing AI also need to cite AI, a citation standard is just documentation and I’d rather see more of that with AI related topics/use than less.
