I do know that wherever I end up Iβll have a big ass garden and be cooking so never fear folks π€£ the food ainβt going anywhere
The state and federal governments Iβm calling it and moving on in the next couple years.
There are solutions to climate change and sustainable production but I donβt have the capital to continue to do it on my own.
I donβt know what the next chapter will bring but I know Iβm proud of this one.
Iβve done good work here on my land, Iβve proven that terracing works for nutrient retainment, clean energy production, and flood control in the Northeast and will work in other areas with similar topography.
But with the pullback in grants from the Feds and the legacy regulatory framework in both
I also talked to him in a baby voice so he felt demasculated in front of the hens
You just hold him tight so his legs donβt get free and donβt let his face get to close to yours He will learn
Yes
Although he later became an alcoholic and would spend his evenings drinking beer with me but thatβs another story
it was seriously like 2 or three times a day, he didnβt like it at all because Iβd keep him tucked under there while I worked around the coop and the other chickens would see him but it did work π€·ββοΈ
Yeah
Ok so I had a rooster like this and every time he tried his bullshit Iβd pick him up and put him under my arm for 15 to 20 minutes took about a week and he decided not to be an asshole anymore
Yep π€¦ββοΈ but thatβs only farmers growing the wrong way anyway so π€·ββοΈ

You should have a general practice attorney on retainer, itβs normally 500 to 1k and well worth it for the peace of mind and I say this from experience a good attorney can deal with 90% of your legal issues before you ever step foot in a courtroom
Stop stocking me Androo
In bed sick today, I salute π«‘ you
This guy kind of feels like a 1L that read a thing once and now believes he can brief the whole case that or a pro se, I donβt know whatβs worse
Entry to a secure facility. That is absolutely a violation of 4th amendment rights.
And again the University had already informed DHS/ICE they were not to be on their property unless they had a signed Judicial warrant be it a lecture hall or housing. The university secured this building against entry the ICE agents were aware of this and manufactured a fraudulent situation to gain
No no there wonβt be
Entry to private property that has been secured against intrusion after being told that such entry requires a warrant absolutely is a 4th amendment violation. There is also a fairly good case for criminal trespass under NY criminal code here.
To gain entry knowing that they could not gain entry legitimately without a warrant.
This is not an apartment building, this is a student housing building owned by and controlled by a private institution that had previously informed the agency they were not welcome on their property and secured the facility against intrusion. The ICE agents were forced to manufacture an emergency
Again this property was owned by Columbia University. The University had already informed the agency they were not to be on their property without a judicial warrant. A secured facility requires a warrant to enter especially after law enforcement has been informed that a warrant is required.
