What I need ppl to do more of is thinking long term consequences of immediate actions.

To many, this was just visas and immigration…little thought to how current admin’s actions impact the country as a whole outside of the economy/jobs/etc

I know I could look at Clearsky and probably see what specifically is going on there but I don't really need that knowledge in my head. I don't think it would be good for me.

Yeah, to my knowledge I'm blocked and muted by a lot of very influential accounts run by people who have no idea what I said and definitely didn't ever check if I'd actually said what they were told I said.

And no amount of "I didn't actually say that" has helped, so.

I dunno that I would consider this problematic. It's kind of par for the course for me these days. Lots of big-name accounts that previously interacted with me kind of abandoned me after November 2022.

I have multiple threads about it because trauma and being reminded and folks not letting it go and also still being punished for things I never did/said and if you want to read a more in depth explanation I have those.
