Countries with nukes don't get attacked. Between Russian and US aggression, everyone is going to be trying to get nukes. It will be seen as the only way to protect yourself from strategic powers that no longer feel the need to obey international law.

There should be no middle ground of things that are too sensitive to make public but somehow still don't require a warrant.

My feeling is data should be public or require a warrant. If making the data public makes people uncomfortable then that shows that we have a privacy interest and a warrant should be required.
