Speaking of Disney signage fontsβ¦any idea what font they use on the Disney Wish? Iβve been trying to ID it since we sailed back in September but Iβve come up short.
More of Franklyn Marksβ cues in FROM THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN TO THE WORLD OF TOMORROW. This segment is one of my favorites.

I was never told that I had βtoo manyβ bands but I sure did have plenty of issues whenever I would get a new band. To their credit though, I keep 1 band on a keychain on my keys and I have 1 MB+ I use for DCL and I havenβt had a real issue in years.
Not really the worldβs first themed bar, bc it was ALL REAL, Cobweb Palace (est. 1853) in San Francisco was lovingly owned & operated by dapper Abe Warner. It attracted drunken sailors, tourists & brave locals for 40 years. Those webs were full of spider eggs. Oh yeah, there were monkeys, too.
What do we want to bet that Disney adds a MuppetVision 3D experience to Disney+ for Apple Vision Pro? You can already watch Disney films in 3D there; at the very least they could add the film and make the MV theater one of the locales you can watch films in.

Oh, haha, Iβm sorry, I forgotβweβre posting on BlueSky now! Same kind of thing, different name. Well, thatβs progress for you.
Making different Star Wars-soundtrack versions for every fireworks show might be my favorite thing that Disney has done this decade. Itβs great.
Since moving from Twitter, many people have been worried they wonβt be able to track where in the world βItβs a Small Worldβ is currently playing.
Not to worry, the Small World Hippo is here.
I was genuinely thinking this week, with all the batshit appointment announcements, @theonion.com must be struggling to compete. But The Onion chuckled and said, hold my beer:
Letβs try this again. I tried ditching the bird app entirely in favor of BlueSky and Threads, but there were just too many people I wanted to keep up with who were only on there. Hoping now we can all ditch The Bad Place once and for all.
This was a brilliant idea in 1992 that somehow has never been tried again.
Oh god fine.
Photo of the screen of a drive in movie theater taken at dusk. The logo of the Silver Moon Drive-In is projected on the screen.
Saw Dial of Destiny tonight at our local drive in (the only good way to see a movie with a 13mo child). I was very skeptical going in but really enjoyed it! Phoebe & Mads were great, and I found the flashback de-aging fairly convincing (although man, they really needed to de-age his voice too).
Ok guess itβs time to actually start posting on here.
