We’re only a little bit ahead of you, our girls are 16 months. Not a ton of wisdom as I am still in the thick of it! But happy to share when things were easier than expected. And 2 naps to 1 felt like a big life improvement on our end!

Fellow twin mom here 👋🏻 I was scared to make this switch but I *loved it* once we did. Less decision fatigue around planning for two naps, less putting them down / getting them up, one long nap window where I can focus. Hope yours goes as smoothly!
