Today all regional OFCCP staff & the enforcement division at the national office were placed on admin leave (effective yesterday!). The union was notified today. A formal RIF is expected.

Supreme Court Overturns Block on Trump Administration’s Venezuelan Deportations A majority of the justices concluded that the Venezuelan migrants had brought their cases in the wrong court but that they were entitled to an opportunity to challenge their removal.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court put out a ruling. A 5-4 decision with all the women dissenting forcefully.

It said deportations to the awful El Salvador prison can continue, but must allow time for due process and have to file in nearby (conservative) courts.
