So, last night I finished work on the final song for the new Bad Acid Cult Halloween-centric album, “w1tchw4re”! The song count is 12, one each to act as avatars for each post-meridian hour, but an extra special bonus track will be included in the Bandcamp release to make it a witch’s dozen of thirteen tracks! The reasoning behind the special bonus song edition is a special thank you to everyone who actually purchases the album on that site, since I actually get a WAY better share of the proceeds from sales there, opposed to streaming sites, but it will also be on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, and every other single streaming service where music can be found. I am not going to tell you what the bonus track is, but I am mighty proud of that one! Also, each of the tracks have numbers in the titles, which (or ”witch” rather) if one is resolute and interested, have a bit of a hidden meaning when deciphered. When the day & night once more stand on equal footing, be wary, for the witch shall take flight.

10 years ago when I first started the composition of tracks that would become “The Journey Outward” I was inspired by a dream I had where a spirit watched from the heavens over the rapid evolution of an alien world.

Today’s focus is Ericson, TM’s “Ray-Dome” remix of “Adrift on Celestial Waves”, which kept the core elements of that song I wrote, but infused it with masterful care sublime elements which elevated the original work whilst making it his own in a configuration that is awe-inspiringly beautiful!
