It's inspired by this bock I had in the cellars of Budvar.
CELLARS is a 6.2% bock, brewed with "Most" hops. It tastes like strawberries hay and honey. It's usually a taproom exclusive but I have decided to release it wider.

HEARTWOOD is a 5.5% west coast pale, rippingly bitter, but contrasted with new, fruitier varieties of hops, namely Strata and Alora. Big melony strawberry, then a rip of pine sap bitterness, a pint of two halves. 🪵🌲🍺

A short message from our European correspondent.
This year's fest is a Donzoko all timer. Smooooth malt, subtle strawberry, crisper than an autumn walk by the quayside. We made an absolute load so it should be available lots of places.
This will be fun!! Our best ever Festbier. The legendary Si King's Propa pies, and Andre's schnitzel sandwiches. In our cosy little Newcastle taproom.
Currently surveying the Perle hops that go into most of our beers, today they are being picked and dried.
Off to Tettnang this week, to sniff and select some hops from the family farm we buy from. Then up to Berlin to brew using those green hops at Fuerst Wiacek. Content will ensue.
