FBI/Kash Patel quashed the prosecutors investigation into Renee Good’s murder. They had a signed warrant to investigate her vehicle & collect evidence, but were ordered to stop. Why? Because it would have contradicted Donald Trump’s public statements.

VA Senate president responds to Ted crying about VA’s redistricting, which should add 4 new Dem seats.
ICE exists to enforce CIVIL immigration law, not CRIMINAL law of any kind. Ergo, there is no legal justification for them:
* to be armed.
* to be masked.
* to kidnap anyone they want when they require judicial warrants to make CIVIL arrests.
* to provide security for the Vice President, ever.
It doesn’t get any more disgusting than this.
When the U.S. Supreme Court said that you could detain people based on their race, their accent, or the language they spoke… there is nothing to preclude ICE from doing that while you’re standing in line getting ready to cast a ballot.

But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain. He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friend’s car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again. He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.
ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”
What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

Simply, they’re complicit. Democrat performativity. It’s a wake up call that many democrats, even so-called democratic leaders, support Trump, they just want to do fascism quietly.
If Dem senators vote to extend the DHS CR again, they are instantly going to lose a tremendous amount of support from their base who have been in wait-and-see mode on this. I can only assume Dem senators considering this have completely lost touch with their voters. Don’t do it.
