Just got a notification about a new ads feature from android, which can't be disabled but something to do with the measurement of ads.
May I respectfully suggest, as someone who has ad blockers on all devices, that you try measuring the time between the ad being seen and when it's deleted.

I had my fees paid by the local council and a topped up full grant (really poor). After graduation I got jobs that put me in the higher tax bracket. Difference is today a university degree isn't the passport to those sort of jobs. But it gets you a millstone of £50k for life.
