Just yuck to have his shoe on the table. Totally tone deaf.

Good point. And how do you define ethical anyway?
It looks like they are thinking about it, which is more than other providers. I’d love to see them on the forefront of actively addressing the gender savings gap. simplicity.kiwi/learn/update...
If you had the chance to have lunch with Sam Stubbs (Simplicity NZ) what would you ask him?
post a pic you took, no context, to bring some zen to the feed
Thanks to whoever used my code. It seems like I won the giveaway!

The podiatrist sold me plantar fasciitis socks - a firm compression sock (the compression is around the sole). They were very helpful combined with the insoles. I had plantar fasciitis for nearly a year. Ultimately seniors going on exam leave and summer holidays allowed me to properly heal.
Rolling a drink bottle filled with frozen water helped, but I was terrible at remembering. I was told to do this in the evenings/when the pain was at its worst. The podiatrist gave me an exercise - stand on one foot and do raises up and down on the ball of foot.
Me. I had it for ages as I’m a teacher and it was difficult to rest it properly. An appt with a podiatrist really helped. They gave me insoles that they’d customised for my feet. Wearing them only in supportive shoes helped a lot.
Does their sizing include cm?

I switched to Simplicity for my KiwiSaver a year or so ago. It could not have been easier. Low fees, ethical provider doing social good and transparency about fees and investments. If you’ve been thinking of switching, use this link and we both could win!

Scored a shirt dress (wearing in photo) this morning from a vintage store in town. So light and airy to wear. I also tried on a drapey black Jason Lingard dress that was very well priced, but alas, not for me.
I have submitted all of my EOTC paperwork for the term (4 trips, 😮💨). I’m looking forward to authentic place based learning with my level one art class. 🥳
Top Art features all 5 of the L3 Art fields (Design, Painting Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture). Well done to your Granddaughter in any case.
Amazing! Is her portfolio going to be in Top Art? (National travelling exhibition of top L3 art portfolios)
My partner and I don’t live together and I wouldn’t change it. We tried, but we get the best out of each other living separately.

Me too, Nina. Me too.
Comfort counts for a lot. Wear something you love and will wear again and try to choose something you can easily attach the hood to, so you don’t spend the entire day trying to pull the hood back from around your neck.
Philippa is in Civic Square in Wellington. She is wearing a multicoloured silk shirt dress with her graduation robes and hood over top. She is wearing her graduation hood draped over her trencher for some reason
Philippa is wearing a yellow dress and grey/silver merino tights. she is wearing her regalia over top of this. She is posing in the Fine Art section of reference books at Wellington City Library.
The year is 2020. The degree was posted out. Philippa is cosplaying her graduation regalia with a dark navy blue wooden cloak, a green dress shaped like a hood and a pink nighty shaped like a sash. Her boyfriend is dressed like the Vice Chancellor wearing his dressing gown, a blue blanket as a sash and a large black beret as the goofy doctoral hat.
First grad, a silk button up shirt dress I got from Trade Me. Second grad, a Kilt (?) dress from a recycle to boutique type shop. Third graduation was in 2020, so I cosplayed a graduation gown with the degree that got mailed out.
That sounds delightful. I wish someone would make me summer salads. The cat really isn’t pulling her weight in that department.
Never mind the jobs you had, tell me 5 classes you took in college:
1. Life Drawing
2. Art Theory
3. Painting
4. Printmaking
5. Sociolinguistics
I’ve just started rewatching it. It’s still just as good as the first time around.
About 4 different colleagues and 1 parent stopped to offer help while we were putting the tyre back on. Although it was not how I wanted to send my afternoon, it is a lovely wee school community I work in. /4
And did I mention that she did all of this in kick ass heels. Not all heroes wear capes /3
We then discovered my car didn’t have a space saver in the boot (I know. I just assumed it did when I bought my car). After scanning the car park for cars with the same 4 stud wheel (no 🎲) she drove me into town with the wheel in the boot (we were pretty confident that it was a puncture repair) /2
