So, you dont need to get a lawyer or anything. You just need to outright say "this is prohibited via [citation]" You are going to lose a lot more money capitulating, especially if you establish this precident that they can take advantage of you. You are setting yourself up for more difficulty.

Do you need help parsing your local tenant rights laws bc this is not legal in most places. For example, there is usually a 30 day minimum notice for any fees or rent increases.

A lot of this comes from people who complain with the intent to hurt / destroy Vs the intent to improve. A lot of people just want to see anything that inconveniences them destroyed, when we could just make it better

It really primes people to look for / create problems that arent really there. For every 1 legit issue ive seen 5 "callouts" that amounted to either a regular misunderstanding or user error 😭 which creates a "boy who cried wolf" scenario where all legit complaints are scrutinized

No I agree, that is misleading advertising. i would never expect them to package my orders in a few days though, since I get 10+ yards at a time

I dont think a couple days is even a reasonable timeline for that tbh like that is an over commitment. 2-3 weeks is a lot more realistic, and that's the time frame they consistently achieve.
