Please let us know how you’re experiencing leaks with the USA V2 product so we can address it. We have not had this feedback yet.

The China version was out for a long time and everyone knew it well. Material wise, it has been upgraded though.

The original China version is still available in some colors. White is the most popular, so it went out of stock quickly.

Hello! We have kept sizing the same. If anything, we have a slightly larger leg hole cut (very very small/maybe not noticeable difference). We upgraded the plastic from the China and USA V1, but we know it may take a while for everyone to get used to it.

Yes, every mistake has reasons why it happened. That's called life. All we can do is try our best not to repeat the same mistakes. We'll likely make new mistakes. Please let us know and we'll correct them. If we don't learn from past mistakes then I agree we have a bigger problem.

?? just highlighting the challenge we face since many ask why. We're moving in a new direction. Our AI test was a mistake. Already stated that many times. Thanks to those willing to give us a second chance.

Right, but I like a lot of ideas that fall flat, obviously. Getting concepts in front of real audiences is extremely helpful. No simple task to try and convince people who have been using store brands for years that we're worth a test drive.

Didn't you already say you are swearing off NorthShore? Listen, we understand mistakes have costs and we are sorry to lose customers. But we are trying our best to learn from our mistakes and move on. Any chance we can do that?

Understand your choice to move elsewhere. You can learn a ton in small ad buys on youtube before you decide to make full commercial to use in major media buy. We'll find ways to do it without AI going forward. It wasn't a well thought out test as I already mentioned. Very sorry.
