It's inappropriate for the ICJ to be in the Hague. The Netherlands collaborated with the Holocaust and has engaged in no contrition over it since, and the symbolic meaning of siting a genocide court there is that perpetrators get to judge victims. One thing I'd always like to point out when NIMBYs say some application isn't producing enough green space: we have the room for lots of green space. We just spend it on parking.
