D.S.B. is the originator. He prefers roto drafting the opening hand in his lists (32 cards). I prefer single pick-pass from micro packs (40 cards).

There are cube equivalents of this designed to be drafted and played with incredibly small lists of cards. There is a 2-3 player format we have dubbed "5 Alive". 32-40+ card microcube designed to draft your opening hand and play with a shared library and shared gy where players start with 5 life.
