The hip surgery would require at least 4 months of crating, and he’d be so so miserable, we don’t want to put him through that. He’s happy enough with a heated bed and pain meds at night. He still has great quality of life ❤️
Glad to hear Bryce has recovered well - give him cuddles from me ❤️❤️
She’s half-springer so very energetic, and has ruptured tendons in both knees, but hopefully she’ll recover well and continue to have great quality of life. Her older brother has hip problems but at age of 13, we’ve decided against surgery as it’s managed well with meds.
