I made my daughter start playing Super Mario World. It's breaking her Gen Alpha brain.

Well, our house is under contract right now, so we can really start looking for a new one on this side now!

An exciting time, but also a lot of working finding one that we'll like.

I tried Vampire Crawlers. Not sure how I feel about it yet.

Mostly because I'm the absolute worst at deckbuilders.

I guess I'm making time for NextFest demos...

Tried Ultrapool. It was fun! Not sure that'll it have the same Balatro addictiveness though.

Want to try Windrose next. Maybe get my friends to try too,

With all the people telling me how good it is, I guess I'm going to have to make time to watch the gay hockey show.

Had another person rave about it to me today.

Debating whether I should play Fortnite with my daughter.

I'm not good enough to carry her and she doesn't care that she doesn't have good taste in games. I blame the latter on her mother.

Man, there were at least five terrible calls that went in favor of Duke in that one. Not to mention that the refs were letting them be physical and then randomly calling a foul whenever (and that went both ways). Really ruined what was a great battle between two good teams.

Has that ref ever watched basketball before? First a shit call against Mara when he blocks Boozer, then calling a travel on Yaxel when he's on the floor going for the ball. Just awful.

Okay, I just watched Alysa Liu's free skate now and I gotta say one thing: that hair flip she did right after finishing was cold-blooded.

Girl really killed it, from the moment she stepped on the ice to the moments after she got her score.

As expected in Champions Meeting, my girls got pretty wrecked, though Halo made a valiant effort to finish third. The other two were in last though.

At least the rewards are good!

Watching the car crash that is short track speed skating always makes me wonder: what if they shoved everyone onto the track for long track speed skating? 🤔

Well, somehow made it into the A finals in this Champion's Meeting. Looking forward to my girls getting nowhere near the podium!

Definitely! Especially when they can't hide it and smile the entire last sequence.

I'm also partial to the fist pump after landing a tough jump.

My favorite part of watching figure skating is when a skater is doing well and they're fighting not to smile in the middle of the routine because they're doing so well, until the joy starts coming out right around the last sequence. They start getting so extra, and I'm here for it!

I kinda want to try Terra Invicta, but I certainly don't have the time to play it. But then I look at my Switch "shelf" and see I have Xenoblade Chronicles sitting there taunting me, and I *defintely* don't have time to pick that one up...
