Maybe it’s not even faster, but at least being allowed to see the replays and hear the deliberations in real time mean the fans are engaged in the process, instead of just sitting on their hands for a final decision, waiting to see if they can celebrate or not.
They could also take a cue from Rugby Union, which has done it faster, more accurately, and waaaaay more transparently for like two decades.
A week ago we sat in the Seattle rain waiting for a bad decision, but then later watching “how the sausage was made” as the VAR crew hemmed and hawed for minutes about a situation that was obviously not clear and clearly not obvious showed that it can be even worse than you ever thought.
And VAR should play the Final Jeopardy theme in the stadium. If a decision can’t be made before the molusco stops, the decision stands.

As to point #1,
The best statement I ever heard on VAR was
“Someone needs to tell the VAR crew that it’s not their job to take goals away”.
Can’t argue that it was the wrong decision in the end, but I count at least 11 slow motion separate reviews of the video. If it collectively takes 3-4 people 11 reviews to come up with with a decision, it is obviously not clear and clearly not obvious.

That’s the language of uncertainty, not the language of “clear and obvious”

Well again, for me, the initial breaking of the first line, in very close quarters, was pretty good. But there seemed to be no working plan for what’s next. If you deliberately draw multiple players into your defensive third you need to exploit the space in the other 2 thirds or it’s pointless.
At one point a character even calls them out and says “If you are all about justice, why are you letting a gang of mercenaries pillage our country?” And the Super heroes basically just shrug.
