Many places have hinderances, stop gaps, even outright trespassing if/when applicable against these Logan Paul-wannabes, but it’s not enough. Retail employees can only do so much against Temu Rocket.

Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions, one of the better selling Pokémon products. I’m venting a bit, but seriously tired of kids coming into our store being bummed out because some crypto bro bought their toys to upsell on Facebook.

Thanks, I can’t wait to apply that look to the new zombie dragon sculpt.

My brutes are coming along, applied Emberstone highlights and the burns they caused, and even a bit of cooled flecks on the mace along with the volcanic spikes. Apply that to the rest, a bit more details, and a thin wash, then I can move onto the next unit.

Just forwarding this advice from @miniwargamerdave.bsky.social, because this is how I’m getting through my general burnout caused by a 40 hour a week customer service job. Sitting down to hobby daily is my primary goal and usually I aim to paint for at least an hour.

My 1990 pt list I’m planning for an upcoming narrative game, it has about 43 models to paint (counting the faction terrain).

I’d start with the Ironjawz Bigmob Spearhead, it has a 600 pts of Orruks, a solid core group for the army with Ardboyz to defend objectives, your Megaboss and Brutes to take objectives, and Brute Ragerz to cause your opponent headaches. You can find them ~$127.50 online (US pricing).

Just some Brutes for Age of Sigmar Ironjawz, though they would look great in 40K too.

I’m gonna cheat, posting not only my Vampire Lord on Zombie Dragon, but it’s in combat with my friend’s beautifully painted (his wife rocks a paint brush) Stormdrake.

Not a lot of painting, but taking time to make the orange glow into the Emberstone I aim it to become. Soon I will add flecks of soot and the mace will be given obsidian spikes. Then comes the burns to the Orruk flesh.

Also make no mistake, I still have a claw in the 41st millennium. Tyranids, Genestealer Cults and Death Guard have a fair amounted painted, with Necron, Aeldari and Chaos Space Marines in the backlog waiting for their day.

I sold a sizable chunk of my Space Marines to a friend. I had to accept that I was never going to paint them, my love for fantasy exceeds all things Sci-fi (except genetically engineered theme park monsters). That money is being used towards the Maggotkin of Nurgle.

The Court of Gelgus Pust! Scored a few eBay deals and I would only encourage people to buy these models for how great they look. As a Soulblight Gravelords player I know how easily GW can abandon your prized Warhammer Quest-based army to Legends. Nothing is permanent.
