(I appreciate that this is perhaps one of the most BlueSky β’οΈ takes ever, but still)
Obviously runs completely counter to how much of the public realm (and organisations like TfL) are meant to operate, but... could you imagine just how nice cities like London and Berlin could be with something like this?
A German election-type sign on a lamppost, with a black and white bear votif, looking stern, but playfully cute. At the top of the sign it says "Werbung?" At the bottom, below the bear, it says "NΓΆ", with a url to the campaign in the post.
Landed in Berlin earlier, staying in Friedrichshain for a few days, and have encountered loads of these. Curious as to what on earth it's about, I looked it up, and, well, just check out the website.

I think I'm in love.
I have had to throw a rice cooker away for this exact reason. Don't do it. See also: air fryers.
He's actually interested in governing but has some experience of party management. Nobody's taking him seriously as a possible candidate so nobody's worried about trying to destroy him. I'm not saying it's likely, I do think he's underpriced.

Message showing a photo message from poster's mate with Jonn's caption in the book: 'Dear "A Real Piece of Shit", I have no idea if you ordered this yourself - or whether it's an insult and=or joke from a third party. Either way - enjoy the book?! I guess? Jonn."
Cheers Jonn, nicely done.
It's seven years since we posted on Twitter about how kids kept coming into the library asking if we had any books about FORTNITE. We didn't back then, and we'd never heard of it so we tried asking what it was.
Starting my Bsky posting experience whilst annoyingly ill, in Friedrichshain. All I'll say is, I've been following more and more people lately, and it's rekindled my love of this kind of platform.
It's nice here, I like it.
