I've been sick/recovering from being sick every day of 2026 so far but hopefully that doesn't mean I'll be sick all year...right? Back to work (from home) tomorrow. Gotta get everything back to normal (physically and mentally) since I have to travel again (business trip) this weekend.

Watching The X-Files from the beginning with my nephew and he seems to be hooked. As a huge X-Phile, I'm so happy (and have waited for this for years 😭)

This weekend I'm up in Saratoga Springs/Albany area and next I'm going to Jersey again (since I'm accompanying my mom to appointments the following week). Maybe the 30th could work (if the train schedule is fine 😬)

Work trip to Seattle for a conference was amazing! I really need to go back for more food & views. Walking 22,000+ steps (including uphill bits of incline & stairs) and then getting on a 6-hour red eye flight is not recommended, though. Ow. Today's transition of timezones and recovery back is rough
