I agree it is not going to happen. But at this point, failing to use the 25th amendment should be considered an impeachable offense of every eligible cabinet member by the next congress.

Not the first time I have seen this but I laugh every time I do.
US Border Patrol only have rights to ask for proof of citizenship with 100 miles of the US Border.
Minneapolis is over 150 miles from the nearest place that could conceivably be considered a border so this agent was breaking the law.
The US Constitution is pretty clear:
"no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
This policy violates that and should be quickly struck down.

Jimmy Kimmel condemned the shooting of CK.
The FCC chair threatens ABC over innocuous comments from Kimmel and ABC caved.
The Trump administration is using the shooting of CK to silence critics.
That will affect all of us.

And weather or not the FCC has the authority to regulate ABC, ABC only reacted after the FCC chair threatened them.
The president does not have the authority to do much of what he has done and he still gets away with it.

The FCC can regulate the source of what is broadcast over the affiliated TV stations.
Kimmel did not say the gunman was MAGA, only that MAGA was trying to say he was "anything other than their own."
That is a true statement.
ABC did not react to the statement until the FCC chair threatened to pull their broadcast license so what I said was factual too.
