i got one of these guys for collecting stickers and i actually like it quite a bit, its nice for not having to remove the backing and making a nice little sticker portfolio. and its got a zipper for loose stickers/ sticker sheets (so they don't fall out)

i was off my meds yesterday and Rae and I's trauma's caused some real waves on my emotions, but i think it's good to do some reflections afterward.
that said, most of yesterdays emotional tumultuous-ness was because I misunderstood one thing and my trauma's snowballed it into something bigger.
it really is important to recognize this stuff, it sucks so bad when there are misunderstandings on both sides and it just compacts issues that there doesn't need to be.
But i do believe it should be normalized to be able to step away from people who you're incompatible with if it's not working
and so do they.)
it's OK to not stay in toxic situations. If your trauma won't let you reconcile, maybe it's time to step back for your own good, but if someone else needs to step back for their own mental health, let them.
it's OK to have incompatible trauma's. Just remember you gotta work on YOU.
it's IMPORTANT to recognize other people are suffering and you're not absolved of everything you've done just because you're hurting too.
Be kind to yourself, by also being kind to your friends/family/partners. (if it's unkind to be kind, then please remove yourself, you deserve better than that -
i think it's important to keep in mind in friendships and relationships that everyone has trauma's and shit they have to work on and sometimes those trauma's aren't compatible or exacerbate the other persons trauma.
I've had issues like this with my partner, the important thing is we recognize this.
