…shut down the government indefinitely. This is our only tool against authoritarianism, we have to use it before it uses us. We have to starve it.

…so Trump will eventually have to withdraw them. Let him try to argue that their withdrawal has nothing to do with the shutdown. Then on 11/21, if military had been deployed while the new CR was in place, especially in swing districts on Election Day…

..and keep it that way until all military personnel are withdrawn. Only then will they agree to GOP terms until their new CR expires 11/21. Of course the national guard can’t be deployed forever…

We should’ve said that attacks on the first amendment and marching troops in our cities to intimidate citizens is un-American and unacceptable. The Democrats should refuse to fund an authoritarian regime. Shut it down…

…we’ve seen time and time again that a message of prevention doesn’t work as well as a message of stopping something. For example, we warned people what would happen if Trump got elected and they voted for him anyway because they wanted to stop inflation.
