Looks very close. The motors are pretty simple so I'd say it'll be best kind. Mine had a bunch of expansion options (none of which I got) which could be the only difference.

I got a Branch Duo a year ago after extensive hip tightness from sitting all the time and it is *really* good stuff. It was pricey but it's rock solid. I fit two monitors (27/24) and my two studio monitors (speakers) on it. Highly recommend.

There’s no construction estimate possible that is 10B for that hospital. It likely includes 20/25 years of operating costs in a P3 model like you’ve stated. Actual construction cost of that hospital is ~2.5B. A 10B hospital would rival the largest campuses in Toronto.

One note - the 10B number isn’t accurate. Closer to 2.5B. Doesn’t change your point.

I've chatted with some close American friends about it and they realize the only way to regain trust is to completely rewrite most of their laws and that is basically impossible without a reset/war of some kind... so yeah it's pretty grim.
