I see! I've had a plastic one that felt really flimsy so i never actually did anything with it. The colours are nice, but personally with that in mind i might not look twice to even realise they're actually metal, though i doubt that is a big reason why they don't sell so well :/
Are the clasps/hangers made of plastic? From experience I wouldn't wanna buy plastic ones because they break so much more easily than metal ones, and especially with fandom stuff i'd be SO bummed out if i lost something

We truly lost something so important in the switch to 3d models. Not they just... stand there... bobbing in place...
I particularly love the sprite colouring of gen 2. The high contrast of saturated colours and "white" highlights looks so glossy and nice to me (although gen 3 is overall my favourite gen)

I know the solution to this is that people just need to start migrating until others follow, but with everything else going on, i just don't have the energy to be that change.
Unfortunately leaving messaging apps especially is tough because you can only go as far as your contacts go with you. Almost everyone I want to text has discord, but probably not one of the various alternatives. And what's the point of switching if i don't have anyone to talk to anymore?
