New OC in the pipe βΊοΈ meet Laura #furry #nsfw
Sorry to hear it, as someone with partial hearing loss ik it's probably not far off for me either and I do kind of dread having to get one myself. I hope it helps make things better for you!
Get some binder clips to pin the pages to the covers if you wanna draw more outside! I personally really like when people watch me work because it becomes more fun adding stuff in for me π
-its always good to try new things until you get back to that
I feel that I just don't want you to think it's a helpless situation. You're already more than skilled enough I just think that if you're feeling burnt out it may be a good sign to look at adding something new to the wheelhouse? I feel if you aren't excited to create for the sake of creating-
But all that to say you shouldn't feel bad if you aren't moving your art as products, you're an artist, not a salesman.
I think it's important to keep in mind that art isn't all about output or style, but moreso spending the time to include all the details that effectively convey an emotion or thought. We live in a time where bulk delivery and immediate response is the norm and it's inherently not artist-friendly.
Ya
I'm not one to bark but the urge is there π
Enjoy your break!
-to make sure you don't inadvertently blind anyone lol
Other than that just be safe with your eyes and make sure you do it in a well ventilated/open area, slag fumes and UV rays are a super underrated job hazard and there really should be better safety precautions than what's commonly used. If in an open area I'd also invest in a UV resistant sheet-
-also don't let anyone tell you oxy/acetylene is only good for brazing, you can weld just as good with it as a Mig setup it's just harder to get your heat right. But oxy/acetylene can be nice because you can get different torch nozzles for them and that's typically what's used for cutting anyway.
-when you get a feel for it*
Idk what kinda machine/rig you're getting but if you're starting off with a Mig welder I'd recommend practicing alot with aluminum because it requires more finesse and it's cheaper overall. It's still good to practice with steel but it's so hard and dense it's hard to mess up.
Had an ex who was 5'5" with F cups and I personally wouldn't want to live life with a couple gallons of water balloons hanging off my chest lol great for fun but they make all your chores worse is what I've learned π
I've had some excessive tension around my shoulders/scapula and there's a stretch you can do to help release it, interlace your fingers together with your arms fully extended in front of you and either do circles or left and rights without twisting your body, also helps a bit to stretch overhead
