We NEED to do better. We HAVE to do better. We can't all be living under the threat of trauma every moment to build a better society.
We have to run "active shooter" tabletop exercises at work...because all the dimensions of what America is these days (...obvious recent example). Not only is the US the only country where healthcare is a SERIOUS issue, so are REGULAR "active shooter" drills from where people work, to where kids go

Two years ago today we were awarded the Congressional Gold Medal for protecting The US Capitol on January 6th 2021. Almost 4 years later the efforts to downplay, whitewash and minimize what happened appear to be succeeding. I won't ever stop standing up to them.
