For whatever my story is worth, going into 2020, I had a job I really enjoyed. COVID decimated my industry and I spent two years scraping by with factory and restaurant work while I took online classes. Today, I’m in the home stretch of my fourth year as a teacher and I love it.
I’m going to offer an obvious answer, but I love love Europe ‘72. To my ears, they never felt more free. I’m a sucker who bought the box set and I don’t regret it at all.

It’s supposed to reach peak here at 6:25 and set at 6:28. But, I have Mount Mansfield to my west so I’ll lose the Moon before peak.

Anyone else watching the eclipse this morning? It’s -8 outside, but I have a nice window to see the Moon so I’m staying indoors with my coffee. My efforts to take a picture through the glass with my phone were unsuccessful.
