He was impeached for two of his many impeachable decisions but the Senate failed to do its job on both occasions and the House, in failing to impeach him before and now is still failing us.

I still don’t understand the Democrat’ tactic here. Even if it did pass Trump would veto it. Why not simply deny him the funds to pay for it By slashing his budget when it comes for a vote. In the mean time pass a generic resolution reminding Trump Congress is responsible for authorizing war.
If he simply wants to make sure everyone gets equal time theres no need to issue a pardon since he could simply commute the sentence
