A Morph Cam Individual Controls. It's what I've always wanted.
I xpresso'd my own Morph Cam in #C4D with individual controls.
I found the morph cam's lack of finesse frustrating. On a job where flexibility was critical, I spent the time to make it happen.
Grab it from my website if you want it! jctecklenburg.com/dlc

Arc for Adobe After Effects is available @aescripts.bsky.social
Arc creates beautiful curves by default, but some users have requested that they follow After Effects' default behaviour. The next release of Arc will allow users to choose their keyframing method.

Thanks for the shout out. It’s been a while since I’ve updated Proximity but it still works in AE 2025. I’ve considered a big update for it but I don’t know if there would be much interest.
When merging shape layers they aren't both shapes in one layer, it's a single parametric rectangle to so it's easy to apply rounding and use the size property.
What about making new comps from the comps in the timeline? That would be cool... okay let's do it. Merge masks too while we're at it.
I'm calling in GuideLine for Adobe After Effects. You don't have to make a grid with it as you can add guides anywhere, but a grid might be a good place to start for merging shape layers for more customized layouts.
I've never actually checked it out before. I took a look, they are similar but tackle things a bit differently.
I dig the Guide Manager in Affinity Designer, so I made a version for Adobe After Effects. Create guides, shape layers, precomps, or solids with masks. Enter values in percentages or pixels, create presets, import existing guides from the active comp, and other QOL.
Nic Dean & I just launched a monster tutorial covering new text style expressions capabilities in After Effects 2025 & the HUGE difference they make for creators of templates.
We also talk with John Colombo from the AE team, who created an awesome free preset!

That's a great idea. You would just have to get the right combination of effects to keyframe to get the wanted look and then use Fractal Noise to drive the Time Displacement.
This is my take on a Kinetic Typography tutorial using CC Pixel Polly. In my version, Time Displacement is used, which provides more control over the particle dissolving. I love the addition of Dehancer Pro Film and Quick Chromatic Aberration 3 from PluginEverything for a nice organic feel.
New post, new video: Cameras, Phones, and Log — What’s the Juice?
Samsung log, making iPhone video “look right,” color grading demos, and a bit of philosophy.
This looks great! Looking forward to checking it out.
