The lack of details is certainly disingenuous.
Not entirely true. You can take the support dollars without enrolling in the “additional resources”.
So you can register for the $30/day payment, but need to ensure you do NOT select enrolling in the distance-ed/homeschool classes. THAT will de-register your kid from their regular school.
