Relatable.
Feels like they've been targeting more screens toward the non-switching OKC defenders.
ICYMI yesterday - Remaining SOS schedule rankings & notes below.
New Power Rankings posting later this morning here: www.nba.com/news/writers...
Great point by Doris: why challenge a 1st-half foul on a guy shooting 50% at the line?
Phew. Hokies!!!
I'm dying here. Go Hokies!
Strength of schedule rankings for March & April, with schedule notes for all 30 teams...

The Celtics' effective FG% tonight (80.8%) was the highest for any team in any game in NBA history.
The Celtics scored 148 points 93 possessions against the Nets tonight.
That (159.1 per 100) is the 2nd most efficient game for any team in the 30 seasons of play-by-play data.
This season's Celtics have the 2nd, 4th and 12th most efficient games over those 30 years. All > 150 per 100.
Oof. What a Bush League play by Dort.
Whenever I've looked at the importance of the 20-game mark...
On average, 7 of the 8 eventual playoff teams are in the top 8 after 20 games.
(If there were no 65-game rule)
As you got to at the end, it's not about a certain threshold that any guy has to meet, it's..
"Is 63 games of SGA > 75 games of Cade?"
This was the case (in my mind) with Brogdon vs. Embiid (more extreme example) for ROY in '16-17.
Cavs' biggest lead in that Christmas loss @ NYK was 17, early in the 4th.
Up 18 after 3 tonight.
Feels like Alvarado's usage rate since coming to the Knicks is a little too high.
I had that moment in the latest season of "The Lincoln Lawyer."
Wins in games played between the conferences, through Sunday...
East: 150
West: 151
(That doesn't include the NBA Cup final.)
East is 59-31 since Jan. 20.
Sixers lose to the Pelicans & are now 5-12 when Tyrese Maxey has played without Paul George or Joel Embiid.
He can come back if it's a possible concussion.
Congratulations to the Wizards, who got their first win of the season in a 2nd game of a back-to-back, sweeping their b2b with the Pacers.
The Wizards are now 2-36 in the second games of back-to-backs over the last 3 seasons.
Did a quick Q&A w/ Spurs coach Mitch Johnson at the All-Star break.
Asked him about Wembanyama playing bigger, playing Fox, Harter & Castle together, and more...

3. Oklahoma City: 17-10, .630
4. Houston: 15-9, .625
5. Boston: 16-12, .571
I know the source. That was the point of the original post.
For what reason?
I think that's true. I still like to look at that stat to see which teams are most/least affected by their opponent 3P%.
Clippers broadcast graphic from Thursday... 3-point defense 21-4 record when holding opponent under NBA avg. of 35.9% 5-24 record when opponent shoots 36.0% or better.
Cool stat, Clippers broadcast. Wonder where you got it from?

Nuggets shot < avg. from 3 last night. Clippers won (22-4).
After a couple of bad losses, the Wolves went into the break with a pair of comfortable wins and theyโre just 1.5 games behind the third-place Nuggets. Three numbers to know This would be the 13th time in the last 16 seasons where the Wolves had fewer actual wins than โexpectedโ wins, based on their point differential. Theyโre one of four teams that rank in the top eight on both ends of the floor and have the point differential (fourth best in the West) of a team thatโs 37-19. But theyโre just 12-12 (1-5 since mid-January) in games that were within five points in the last five minutes, even though Anthony Edwards has been the leagueโs best clutch shooter. Theyโve allowed 8.8 fewer points per 100 possessions at home (108.3, third) than they have on the road (116.9, 22nd). Thatโs the leagueโs biggest home-road differential on either end of the floor. Among 192 players with at least 100 3-point attempts in each of the last two seasons, Jaden McDaniels (from 33.0% to 45.4%) and Ayo Dosunmu (from 32.8% to 44.7%) have seen the two biggest jumps in 3-point percentage. Coming up: The Wolves have the leagueโs third toughest post-break schedule in regard to cumulative opponent winning percentage (.522), though three of their first four games are against teams that currently have losing records. They were 14-1 against that group in mid-December but have since gone 8-8.
