Possum Update: All good in possum country. Chewie has been in the closer eaves tray and woke up at dusk to remind me she was there. 😍 She is enjoying her snack there while the ringtails are down on the deck. Shortly they will go out into the backyard garden for the night. #possums #mammals

Yes you need to be careful. I got a bit of a nip on a toe once but I think their eyesight is not as good until it's really dark. Need to be wary of new visitors until they understand you and you them. They are smart. ☺️

Possum Update: Chewie the brushtail possum was in the far eaves tray today. When I put her dinner up there a ringtail popped up. Not sure if it was there all day today too. It has happened before. This brushtail with white tipped ears is a regular too. #possums #mammals

It can be a bit of a challenge sometimes.

Today Chewie the brushtail was back in the far eaves tray for the day. Tonight when I put her snack up there I noticed there was a ringtail up in the tray as well so those 2 are sharing. Other snacks are down on the deck for other visitors. All good.

Chewie is funny. If she id in one of the eaves trays then she is an early starter but orher times she doesn't show up time later on. The camera notifies when there are new visitors so I will keep an eye out.

Possum Update: No sign of Chewie the brushtail so far tonight. Ringtails and Mr Ratty have already been when this brushtail showed up. All good tonight. #possums #mammals
