So, I was just doing a little reading this morning and I stumbled upon some info on Paracelsus. I knew enough about Agrippa but not much about the other major influence on book Victor Frankenstein. I was a bit annoyed they didn't "mention alchemy" in the film but I see what Harlander truly is now.

I'm afraid not, but that is more down to some changes in the structure that I'm not prepared to go into more detail on just yet (please watch it, it's great)

Might be able to damage boss Libra with the pots which would help but trying to manage pots and Libra might actually be more of a mental strain than everdark libra.... still, science is science.

I was playing with randoms here and one of them (unsurprisingly) ragequit on me for doing this

I threw a run just to test this a while back. He just stays at 1hp and if you hit him he will instantly turn into boss libra with full health.

It comes around pretty fast

What number in the series Dracula X is... is such a hellish thing to try and quantify. If we go off story cannon it's like 7th because 4 is just 1 but the first two gba games are cannon and rondo and dracula X are the same. In terms of actual game releases with different titles it's like 13th. :(

It is far and away the best part of an already phenomenal game so... sorry to your wallet, but it's mandatory. Ds3 just isn't the same game without it's best areas, bosses, story and music including quite possibly the best boss FROMSOFT has ever and will ever make.

So, tbh, at the start I was ready to not recommend this one and it does start rough. Mismatched sprite sizes and having to jump on a standard goomba 3 times to kill sucks but, once you get that fireball, it shows it's true colours and is quite fun, try it.
