Back in the kitchen for another Sunday experiment! This time, Rigatoni Bolognese. No measurements—just a sentimento. A couple of happy accidents (white wine instead of red, oops), but it all came together beautifully. Slow-cooked, rich, and packed with flavor. Who’s craving a plate?

No scale? No problem—everything’s done “a sentimento” (technical term for “to your heart’s content”).

I hate this situation. I received a job offer as a public school teacher and I'm torn. On one hand, I do realise my career isn't going anywhere right now, it's a "safe" job with a decent salary.
