Hi Jelani, I saw you on the 11th Hour on MSNBC with Stephanie Ruhle. Pres. Harry Truman didn’t lose the 1948 Presidential Election, he actually won it. Democrats won every Presidential Election from 1932 to 1952 when Eisenhower won.

Mark, the Dems aren’t in power they don’t control the majority so they can’t get legislation passed into law. So it doesn’t make sense for them to make proposals until they are in the majority.

Adam, according to MSNBC Host Lawrence O’Donnell Kathy Hochul’s powers are complicated and require her to complete various steps to limit Mayor Adams. As Governor of NY she doesn’t have the power to remove the Mayor as everyone thinks.
