I’m writing this at 2 am because I just watched a few episodes of a really popular show that left me with a gross feeling in my chest… reminded me why I don’t like brain rot.
My media intake on a daily basis is education youtube, twitch streams, the occasional webcomic, with Reddit and random YouTube shorts sprinkled in for more chill viewing.
I worked hard to cut out the things that impact me negatively.
The media we consume on a daily basis has such a big impact on us whether we realize it or not.
Protecting my media intake is so important to protect my brain from pointless negativity since it really does affect me.
