Much better thanks. Between 2019-22 I was in a really dark place. Still on medication but with the help of AMC, work, Dr and a great friend support network im coping much better. One of thing I've learnt is that it's okay not to be okay and don't bottle stuff up. Talking is the best therapy for me
Can highly recommend Andy's Man Club as well. Went to their session a few times when I was going though a really bad period a couple of years ago. They are excellent and have partnered up with City as well

This football is league one standard
Used to love night games. Getting off the bus at the curry mile and walking down Claremont Road seeing a faint white haze in the distance getting bigger as you got closer. Then walking up the steps in the windy corner and see the pitch for the first time. Proper buzzing as a kid
