Some neat little features on display of my private build of Aseprite:
Flipped preview
Preview (simple) scanlines
Palette slices (named subsets saved with sprite)
Hiding index 0 (transparent) for nicer ramps in list
Palette variations (f.e: skin colors) saved with sprite
Proper (saveable) gradients

No energy left for indie dev this year, but now that I've started collab. with my daughter I got some done. :) Tried my hand at higher resolution sprites, and while I do like how they turned out, it would take too long to get all the bgs/etc to match. Might go smaller/cuter instead. Happy New Year!
Thing I find fun (especially on a title screen) is using both background tiles and overlaying sprites to push more colors per region

Operated on my Cintiq yesterday, replacing the DVI-DVI cable with a DVI-hdmi cable. No more adapters needed. Why on earth didn’t I do this years ago?
The product does look good, what I meant was that the link to ”shop” should probably be removed if it doesnt really do anything anyway (and risk confusing or worse turn people away).
It’s a bit concerning when you go to their site, click on Shop menu, end up on Etsy with 680+ sales with an avg 1-star review and a message saying they no longer sell on Etsy.
I’m missing good tutorials (or even just documentation) on the more advanced mappers, MMC5, VRC6 and the like. Maybe I haven’t searched enough though.
We’ll have to enjoy it while it lasts :)

Noticable if you zoom in on mobile, but you still see the piece well. Not a problem, in my opinion. Not like we go hunting for stray pixels either :)
