Will that turn off the display if I have my graphics card plugged in and installed when I'm uninstalling the amd stuff

I also switched brands from Amd to Nvidia

I was told to visit nvidia's website by a few people because I have a 5060
And just download the drivers from there and supposedly it'd help
Is that true

But there's an issue
I thought it would you know do all the stuff itself when I initially installed it and just update all the graphical things
But it didn't it displays but it doesn't do much else and it runs things better but without any improvements

Tech furries I'm asking for support
I got a new graphics card a 5060
Because I don't make a lot of money
