DO buy regional (as in within your county cluster) brands. 100% of the best snack foods and dips/sauces ive had from a grocery store come from some 62 y/o farmer that makes random bullshit that 4 stores in the general area sell.

DO buy local farm dairy, eggs, and meat. It 100% depends on where you are but if you live in a state that has good farming (I lived in Wisconsin all my life) it is usually not much more expensive and is usually better.

do NOT buy produce that you can get for cheaper at a normal grocery store. Organic is makes a miniscule difference at best and gives you higher chance of contaminants at worst
